While many artists at the Bayou City Art Festival will sell pieces you put on your wall or display on a shelf, Joan Edelstein's Random Thoughts shawl is one of the items customers can wear.Under Memorial Park's canopy of trees, more than 300 artists will gather Friday through Sunday, showcasing and hopefully selling their creations at the Bayou City Art Festival.
